Damn, sorry to hear about your car. That blows, you must feel gutted. I totalled my 'Vette back in the early 90's (fell asleep in it) and I felt really gutted for quite some time. Hope it all works out for you and glad you're okay.

Just out of curiosity, would you have any pics of your car from before the wreck? I'd like to see what it looked like before, because I planned on buying a c/f hood and painting the two front corners (kinda similar to what yours looked like) and would like to see it if you have any pics. Thanks!

Just to say to those that responded getting their tcases changed. Please for the love of god after you get it back from the dealer, check to make sure the fluid is full!

In my 92 Laser I did a tcase recall through mitsu and when I got the car back, they forgot to fill it. Driving down the highway it started clunking before it locked so I was lucky.

DONT DO buyback. Evos cost too much to fix.
Shop around for a new 06. There's dealers all over Florida with new ones on their lots.
And sorry about the car.
I totalled mine a month ago tomorrow and all state has already settled and paid me.
All State is great. They have me almost $23,000 for my 03 Evo.

GAP insurance is only for if you OWE more than it is worth. I'm hoping you were making more than minimum payments.

Good luck !

oh btw here's mine...dont feel too too bad. :-(

But he does have a point. I learned the hard way not to corner hard on a Wet Road. And no thats not what caused my accident.
But still be nice, christ !

Ouch! Luckily no one got hurt. Sorry about the car, dude. In all honesty, damage like that, I would hope for it to be a total. You can guarantee that even if fixed, it definitely won't be the same. Well, whatever happens, good luck to you...

i dont think i can take any parts off the car if they declare it totaled, but as for the 335i... i dont think so anymore, unless pops wants to dish out 10k more on top of what he already told me.(dont think so)

So my plan is to buy a local 2004 is300 sport 5spd. Buy this kit : http://www.swiftracing.com/turbochar...0/stage275.htm

and get it installed by either titan or this place called bmpc.

and hopefully be rolling in a 400+whp 4door supra ^^. with much sexier interior. Ull see me coming to the meets in it after summer a classes...

Travis
