hit a tree with mine, from about 30 to stop. air bags went off so on and so on.

and they totaled it.
my est. was at about 18000-19000






got 28900 for it so that was good.

Get the SE. It'll be paid off like your MR was. All you'd have to pay is an inflated insurance payment.

Question: What mode was your ACD on, Tarmac? If so, it looks like your rear diff. experienced full lock, which on a wet road coupled with bad tires equals a tail spin from hell. Next time, try Gravel or even Snow mode for the most car control on slick roads.

I was asking this question last week I think. Can someone please explain the modes in detail?

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. The IS300 is going to handle like poo compared to the awd evo with bilsteins and AO46s. FWIW I have used the gravel mode in the rain and slick roads, and it seems to help control the car.
