hey man definitely sorry about your accident, and i'm glad that everyone is ok. but listen if the insurance declares the car totalled and your willing to part it out let me know because i need some parts. minor but a good amount of them; spark plug cover, rear mitsubishi emblem, both right and left taillightsand possible the intercooler core if it's not damaged, thanks man and once again sorry to here about the car!

Exactly, it was on a very low traffic road, i was dropping some friends off in a parking lot they all parked at.
if i have the money i will buy a SE, but if i dont... im going to build up/turbo a 04 IS300 5spd.

but is300 will be a lot cheaper insurance, and with a turbo kit i will have pretty much a 4door supra with much nicer interior.

I love the IS300 (Just turned my '04 in for an MR). The only thing I'd add is that while your insurance rates will be comparatively lower than the Evo, they won't be much lower. I believe the IS300 was #6 in the money mag. article listing the top 10 most costly cars to insure (with the Evo #1 of course).
But a turbo IS300 is worth it!
(BTW, I don't know if this will make you feel better or worse, but I got into a nasty highway/spinout crash in my IS300, the back end smacked right into a tree. My insurance decided it could be salvaged and the total cost to re-build was about $19,000. Oddly, the car DID feel the same after all the repairs were done. I was lucky because the body shop knew their ****).
