Go for the ultimate mod and put a turnstile on your front seat. You can charge admission for each ride...could be an easy way to earn some $$$ for that next performance mod!

I tell them that my Evo is like my toothbrush, only I can use it. It's personal. Or I tell them that I want to remain as their friend/family so please do not ask to drive it.

I know if I owed an Evo I would be the only driver, and maybe my dad, but that's it... i wouldn't mind people going for rides with me, just no driving

That's the whole point. Personally I'd gladly give someone a ride, but forget about driving it.

I had a longtime friend ask to drive it, and even though I know he'll never get a chance to own an Evo, even though I know its his favorite car ever, and even though he'd let me drive anything he owns...I just can't. He's destroyed more cars than I can count, and I can't give him the keys. Sure it hurts to say no, but like the previous poster said, just remind them you wouldn't lend out your girl--unless the cash was reeeeeally good lol jk

Or, like my former (and now fired thanks to me) boss, just tell him the second he gets behind the wheel you report it stolen

I regret letting people drive my car. My transmission got ****ed because them. Power shifting my **** like it was their honda

dude is better to be an a$$hole than let somebody else ruin your car. if somebody is going to ruin my car its gonna be ME nobody else its my money, its my sweat, its my hard work.

i only let my wife drive it.... that way she can drive me home when i get wasted at the bar....
