Sorry David,

I dident know if Wed's are open days at summit raceway park, or if you had the track rented for testing. Either way, good luck!

Great news, glad to here you aren't going to ***** out the thread any further.

There is not a track rental, we are going out to the normal Wednesday night racing.

Good luck with all the testing and preparation to dial in the car for the Shootout. Keep us posted with results, I am sure the car will easily break last year's time if the "shutting off" issue has been resolved.

Put the car on the dyno with the new set up. I know how it works but I don't know what to think. The car is down almost 10 psi of boost from where we've run it in the past. We are only making 44 psi now. It will not go higher. IF what has happened has happened from the better design of the header, intercooler, lower i/c pipe, wastegate location, turbine housing and exhaust then this is a good thing as it means the engine is flowing much better than before. Boost is just restriction in the engine. It's HOT as HELL here today and the humidity is outrageous. We are making the same power as we have before with 10 psi less boost. Same turbo as we ran in the spring.......

We are loading the car now and heading out to the track, I wish it wasn't so miserable here as far as the weather is concerned.

We'll see what happens tonight, looks like we might have to make some changes, I LOVE boost.

I just can't imagine the car being as fast as it was with 10 psi less boost..........we will see. We made probably 10 dyno runs with it, no problems at all, so maybe the shutting off problem has been cured.

What a relief, home from the track, the car ran perfectly both on the dyno and at the track. Track was super crowded and HOT HOT HOT.

If you want to know what it is running, better come to the shootout next week or wait to see what times we post at the race NEXT week;p)

Great night at the track.

Did the car have any issues at the track tonight? Hahah! David you posted just as I was. Glad to hear there were no issues.
