ill try some brake cleaner...but i dont think it will work because i used some to clean my 02 housing and it wouldnt come off unless i wiped it...and well i cant exactly reach through my exhaust to wipe everything down...
Try getting a long stick like a broom handle and get a rag bunch it so it will fit inside the exhaust. wrap the rag around one end of the stick and tape it at the bottom so it will look something like a torch, use the brake cleaner and stick the rag in and out. This should take most of the oil out. I had to do that with and old exhaust I bought for my 240 and it worked, make sure the rag is taped on good. Hope this helps!!

Take it off and wash it out with a hose if you have stainless piping. That's the best I could think of. Maybe spray some degreaser inside it before running the hose. I dunno.
