I get a rattle at high revs, heater controler doesnts work, rear wing the clear coat is coming off, brembo Calipers faded (clear coat) gone

 

CF hood fading, AGAIN. I had it color sanded and buffed to a beautiful shine back in 2006 and it was better than new.

Clutch DONE! I can barely make it to the store (less than a 1/4 mile round trip). Looking at ACT HDSS & Flywheel...not sure though...need to make decision FAST!!

My trunk pops open since I've gone wingless...haha

Battery working but beginning to fade on me. Every morning it struggles more to crank her over....

That's it....can't wait to get the clutch in and back on boost!

I just replaced the long block and the tcase.... oh and water pump...

 

ill add. Ive had mine 2 and a half years. All 4 wheels are a little rashed, the hood has been OWNED from rock chips has one nickle sized ding from one at that. as is the front bumper got 2 rock chips on the windsheild too. Couple scrathes on misc interior peices. HKS turbo timer is not working pitch welds are a little wiggly. Now with the new turbo the oil return leaks slightly after the car has been running. After clutch install I still have a small gear oil drip and the water pipe also has a small drop after the car has been running. All the leaks are being repaired this off season. I have 44k on the car the wing, and calipers were replaced at 35,500 miles. needed new tires at 20k, and pads at 30k, had to replace 3 of the main bulbs behind the clutster as I had a black out lol, with not cat the CEL as been shining bright for over 20k miles. The stock clutch actually never died on my before I put in the exedy twin. No major drivetain or motor issues at all the car has runn strong all its life and still a blast

 

The one that really irritates me - my speedometer needle gets stock (actually both speed and rpm) Have to smack it once in a while

Beyond that:

• Grind shifting from 1st to 2nd, and from 2nd to 3rd
• Driver's side half-shaft output seal leaking in the rear
• Compressor surge & DV flutter since cams installed
• "Boost Gets You Laid" sticker nearly hidden under hood due to parental responsibilities
• Very small clearcoat mark on rear wing
• Transfer case rebuild, front lsd, tranny rebuild, and 40/60 center diff haven't magically appeared
• Needs a Buschur undertray for track duty after AMS IC install and stock undertray had to get hacked up

I guess my prob is at high speeds I poop on my self...

 

sunroof not closing completely and possibly my driveshaft bearing. other than that, i got her for a great deal so when i decide to fix these, i'll still be positive equity.

 

One crubbed rim, scractch on my trunk from when i slipped on ice and keyed my own car scratch on side skirt.


Oh for guys that have DP rattle I used to have it as well but i fixed it by putting some flat washers betten the cross bars to give it a little more clearance works great.

Nothing really that big, just a few little things here and there, mostly cosmetic damage, but I can live with that...

1. Hot/Cold knob snapped off on HVAC (if you have a complete HVAC for sale let me know)
2. bent up pinch weld
3. SES light on (vehicle speed sensor)
4. need tires
5. need new brakes
6. Brembo's peeling
7. ripped front lip off
8. small crack on front bumper (have new one and getting it painted)
9. rock chips on front bumper/carbon fiber hood
10. need alignment
11. Thermostat not working right (new one on order)
