re-use headgasket??

re-use headgasket??

me and my boy are getting ready to take apart the head on his 05 evo and im wondering if we can reuse the head gasket? or should we toss it and get a new one?? anyone ever reuse it?

DO NOT reuse, get a new one, this is a worse idea then reusing a condom

Yea there's no point in being lazy to spend a couple dollars. Buy the OEM from lancershop or buy Cometic, they're pretty good.

I have a spare OEM headgasket somewhere's here. It's FS in my partout thread in evo fs ($50 +S&H)

I've done it before on non-turbo'd honda's just to get people by (a little copper spray on it to *try* making it seal), but like said...DO NOT re-use it. Do it right the first time, or don't do it at all.
