evo 8's and 9's are already dropping. Look in the car for sale section. theres a million evos for sale and no one is buying any of them. there are such sick deals but yet no one buys them.

yeah the dealers frustrate me. trying to sell 5 year old cars for 30 grand pisses me off.

I'm pretty sure the 8/9 will hold their values well. Since the EVO X comes out, more people will want to get their hands one "used" 8/9's....the demand will still be enough to keep their values up.

The General American Public is ignorant of performance when it comes to cars. All they need to new is that the EVo X is new and the 8 and 9 are old.

The X's are saleing just fine. The performance of the X is not as bad a most think. And people want a new car, not a 2-5 yrold car.

true...but the teenagers and young adults that are buying the evos will want something within their price range. That's where the 8/9 will hold its value.

Yeah, dealers can't give away the X... The 8/9's are still wholesaling for $20,000+ around here. Saw an 8 for sale on a lot for 29,000!

nothing sells good when the banks a throwing in the towels...
How you will get a loan? or you buy it cash?

The VIII and a IX price will go down just as any other car. Even a Ferrari price drops , unless its a collector item./like F40/

why would you get the X when for cheaper you can get the 8-9 EVO with better performance and easy to mod.

what do you guys think about this?
I agree, just like jza80, and fd3s did.

I got my IX for $26,200. Almost 2 years ago, I still see Evo IX's selling for the same price or higher at the local dealers. That means there holding value pretty well.
