Official EVO Insurance Thread
I'll just go ahead and post here as I posted there awhile ago when my insurance is high. Right now I pay 116 a month. I'll be 23 next month and my last accident will be dropped next month as well. I have progressive.

One comprehensive claim two years ago (bear, wombat, or yeti cub tore the Varis lip off my car on the WV turnpike), had one ticket in 1996. 30 yrs old married, wife on policy but "excluded". $200 deductible, full rental, full custom parts coverage in Ohio. $55 per month plus 5 dollar online bank account deduction fee. Progressive FTMFW. Had USAA, AIG, and Geico before, USAA was the best till i went to Progressive.
Ha! I'm paying a little less than $250/month now and I was paying $350/month for almost 2 years before that so I feel your pain right now.
I pay $1300. a year for the EVO:
But I'm married and 37 years old with a multiple car policy (3 cars full coverage and a trailer, EVO is classified as my secondary even though it's my DD) and house policy, no points for either myself or wife in at least the last 15 years.
I have Statefarm and have had them since 1998.
Instead of low teaser rates they pay me dividend checks on each policy each year for "safe driving". Which is funny really, Just because I haven't gotten a ticket lately or had one stick in forever doesn't exactly mean err well you get the idea. But it averages a couple hundred back for each policy which is kinda nice.

1400.00 a year for my Evo registered in MA with Commerce Insurance, 22 years old and my insurance just dropped down.
My wifes 06 Jetta is more expencive than my car because she is the primary driver on it on my policy and she hasn't had her licence for 6+ years like me.
