I was driving home from Ron Shearer's place yesterday and the speedometer lights just went off, so I thought great another bulb to replace. About 2 hours later it came back on for about 2 minutes then it went back off. Any ideas?

 

no idea... maybe you might need to check the fuse?

 

check the connections on the dimmer switch.
