Sanding the carbon wing?

Has anyone sanded their carbon wing down? i've noticed that either the wind travel or the sun has caused my spoiler to haze. i want to lean towards more wind damage than sun damage. i just want it to stop should i just sand it down and then re-clear it? or should i just repaint it?

Its from the sun....not the wind, and very common.

and yes you can repair the wing.....if your comfortable with doing that kind of work then go for it. Sand it and re-clear it with a better clear coat. Or have a body shop do it, there is also a member on here that repairs them as well.

use a cutting/polishing compound and a d/a on high or buffer on about 1500rpm and buff it out. Same kind of thing that happens to headlights.

They may warranty it, but they'll replace it with the wing from the IX. the IX wing is generally considered sub-par since it's hollow and has plastic pedestals.
