mni battery

This might be better in the ams section but i figured itd be getting more glances here...
I have the ams mini battery kit..and for a couple times when its been cold...such as today...they car would not start...just clicking and then sometimes no clicking...i jumped it both times this has happened and its been the answer so i was wondering if theres anythng i can do to fix this...my car was sitting not running for almost 3 months so is it possible that the battery could have gone bad..the bat is about 7 months old

Your car sat for 3 months, it really doesn't surprise me your battery got drained (especially in this weather).

what UICP do you have? i dont really have a ton of extra space just chilling with the Buschur piece.....definitely enough room to put something in there though.

as far as the battery draining after 3 months S2, its just going to continue to happen now that it did it once...escpecially with the cold.

The relocation is extremely easy to do and then you have 0 worries about starting problems, as well as any other with the constant low voltage once the mini loses its charge even once. Im so used to my car bein dead i still wonder if my car will start some mornings...then i remember i have a REAL, CAR battery installed.

mini batteries won't last more than 2 weeks. normal evo batteries don't even last more than a month.

haha no problem..i dealt with it way too long......like i said, extremely easy to do and even if it wasn't, the peace of mind that comes with it would make it worth it anyway. In my thread that i linked, there is a link to another thread with pictures and is about what i followed. If you decide to do it, and have any questions, feel free to ask!

Bigric09 just did a GREAT looking battery relocation.. you should try to find his thread, has some great pics. As for the empty space in the engine bay, is that such a bad thing? lol
