shifter problems, some helped required.

All right tonight my car was acting kinda of wierd. When I would pulled up to a stop sign, I was getting ready to go so I had the clutch in and when I tried putting it into 1st it took alot of force to get it in. I just thought it was a fluke but when I pulled up to the next stop sign, same thing but this time I didnt put it into first but tried every gear except reverse and had the same problem. Its alot of resistance to put it into any gear when stopped but when I am driving going through the gears its smoove like its always has been, any help find out what the problem is would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Adjust your clutch pedal, then change your fluid if that doesnt help.

Have you adjusted your clutch pedal before? If you have then try putting it back to where it is at the highest play. Mine did the same thing when I had adjusted my clutch pedal to where it was low on the engagement point. It would give me lockout in first gear, but after I put it back to the highest engagement point I didn't have anymore problems.

thats your clutch thats not disengaging... You need to raise your pedal, if that doesnt work, bled the line alot, if that doesnt work try replacing your slave, still doenst fix it then your master...

After that you SOL, might want to try to have a shop diagnose it..

Good Luck!
