Broken tab on ARC plug cover

Just noticed a weird vibration when above 4k rpms.
I popped the hood when I got home and had my friend free rev the engine. It was coming from my Ti spark plug cover. The front tab on the cam side broke off.
After I removed it, I noticed that the tabs aren't long enough causing them to bend a little at the bottom. The stress caused it to break.
Anyone every had this happen?
I wonder if there is any way to get this replaced or fixed. It's not that old. For the money, I hope they would stand behind their products...
For anyone running these, you may want to place a washer between the valve cover and the plug cover so it doesn't happen to you!!
edit: I'll post up pics after my batteries for the camera charge.

The gradient version has 4 thick washers that are included...I assume the normal finish titanium cover would come w/ washers as well...

Please post pics...I'd think titanium would be strong enough to withstand some bending...Hmmm.
