2004 MY Evo | All Goes in Here. Anything and Everything. [All Threads MERGED]
I haven't ordered one yet actually, not til graduation (early june) somewhere around there, but then again i might just wait because right after graduation im heading back to florida so i see no use in putting 900 miles on it like that, but yeah, im defiently getting blue, always blue for me =P
Automobilemag.com has a little on the RS, saying Mitu's building about 700 or so with more intrest in weight loss. No a/c, vanity mirrors, sound-deadening material, trunk carpeting, radio w/speakers, power windows/mirrors/locks, xenon lights, wing, abs, and painted exterior mirrors and door handles. Same hp as the evo for now, they hinted at more power for future RS's. It's got a front helical-type lsd instead of the open. And it's supposedly a little under $27k
I took delivery of my 2004 Evo RS on Friday, the 14th. There is actually paint on the side mirrors, but it just happens to be black paint. It gets a little worse (or better). The side mirrors are adjusted manually, and even the rear-view mirror isn't a 2-way. It has the same horsepower as the other EVOs. The trunk is missing a lot of stuff and there's no rear wiper. Although the car has neither a stereo nor speakers, it has speaker grilles in four locations (no tweeters) and it's prewired up to the dash. It does come with an antenna. It does have A/C and people have been saying that all RSs in 2004 come with A/C and that the Urban Jungle package no longer exists. MSRP on the car is $26,799, which is what I paid before my tradein.
On a side note, it's believed by some, including myself, that I'm the first person in California to purchase an RS. So if you know someone who took delivery of theirs before I did, let me know.

I test drove a 2004 Evo RS here in Memphis TN two weeks ago. The car had AC, no stereo, no power windows, mirrors etc. It was also a six speed manual, which took some getting used to. It was an absolute blast to drive.
