90% city, 10% highway, 2150's on e85...about 175 to the tank, no speed racing, just lots of traffic and quick accelerating so in boost about 50% of the time

So far around 200 on e85 and 280 on 93. Minimal highway driving.

While all Evo literature says 14 gallons, I remember seeing an Evo brochure from overseas (either UK or Australia, I can't remember), and the tank size was obviously in liters, but I had taken that number and calculated a tank size that was maybe 14.5 gallons (or some number clearly above 14).

Finally ran a full tank of gas through the Evo without doing an autocross event. ~310 miles until fill up. No MPG numbers because I didn't do a full fill-up.

All stock except for K&N + Vibrant MAF adapter. Probably 90%+ freeway miles.

I was expecting much worse, but this isn't bad. Although I tend to get 30MPG (410 miles per tank, but keep in mind it's a larger tank) out of my 2.0L WRX on the same route.

For your car's sake, get that taken care of ASAP.

It will probably be cheaper to fix it now than to repair the damage it causes later.

The Evo tank is definitely over 14 gallons- I've put in 14.2-14.3 a couple times. A tune from Aaron at English Racing netted me 24 mpg while cruising 85-90 (I live in Montana), up from 20mpg stock. That tune will pay for itself in a couple thousand miles!
