track night

well I went to the track last night and I dont know if running a 13.5 1/4 mile is normal my mods are
3' TBE
MBC
injen intake licp uicp
fuel pump
Tune
HKS 272

Reation 1.2304
60 FT 1.8683
1/4 mile ET 13.5461
1/4 MPH 97.09

seems slow... a stock evo can run 13.5's.. ur reaction time is a little slow also. was it a slow track???

i have a friend with an evo 8 with a mail in tune and an intake and he runs a 13-13.2 so you could probably get that time down a little but your not far off

dude thats a horrible time. i went 13.0 STOCK, of course you have an 8 but stock you should be aroun 13.3ish

your 60ft sucks and you must shift really slow. i bet my evo you shifted into 5th gear or slowed down before you crossed the line cuz you should be trapping at 110-112 ish.

oh and if your track take the reaction time into account, you lost 1.3 secounds right there off your time.

we have same mods except you have cams and 25 more hp prolly and im a second faster then you.

btw wrong forum, should be in drag, mods will move it

go back and try again. good luck

no lift shift and just do it faster lol, isnt it obvious.

did you shift to 5th or stay in 4th gear?

Granny shifting, I dont think I shifted in 5th

stay in 4th shift faster and get a better 60ft, take out spare tire and all other unneeded weight, and run with only like 1/8th tank of gas or less so it saves more weight.
