Yeah, I usually just go to Rick Case. I kind of want to try a different filter, but I don't want to dig around looking for model numbers at an auto part store.
Ryan says I should always go to Ed Voyles now for any warranty work as they're very mod friendly. I might make the trip there so I know where it is.

 

If you do go to Rick Case, ask them about the 5 for $20 deal. Let me know if they honor it.

I haven't been there for warranty work, but I have heard that they don't mind TBE's and intakes. Don't quote me on it though.

 

Mitsubishi only makes two filters, period. There is no Evo specific filter, either can be used. The MZ690116 is a short, fat filter which I use on my DSMs. The MZ690072 is a longer, skinny filter. Either are good filters, and are made by Denso.

Mobil 1 or Purolator PUREONE are good filters as well. K&N filter is a rip, IMO.
