i was driving and i took a right turn and my d/s axel snaped, my trans is leaking from the axel seal j/w if anyone out there had one for sale??? I dont wanna pay $750 Bucks at the dealer

 

how the hell did ur axel snap??

 

its been leaking grease from the inner band but the boot wasnt ripped and i guess it just snapped the axel bearing ***** are in the boot and wont spin

 

o $hit. humm one thing u could check would be maybe private for sale i see them go once in a great while. yeah u deff dnt want to buy one a dealer ship they over charge everything! gl man. if i see anything ill pm u

Are you sure your axle snapped? Or did the Boot from the CV joint just pop out and is leaking grease?

We had a problem like this about a month ago with my buddies Evo 8, he was backing up out of a garage at 5 MPH and we just heard a "pop".

About a 80 dollar fix and 5 hours of labor.... thats what he said anyways.
