I've been looking at an '03 for quite sometime now, but I just think its over priced.

'03 Evo 9, WW Sunroof, Replaced Transfercase with Stage II Shep, Turbo timer, the rest of the car is stock..... 65,000 mi ..... the wing is pealing/flaking as all of them do .....

Asking 18 to drive away with it. I've done my research and I think it's high in this time/yr/mileage

Any insight ?

Yah, 2003, its an evo 8, I dont know how I managed to say '03 evo 9, but I completely agree. Anything over 15, for something that's 6-7 years old, is too much. I'd love to find something like you did, needs a little tlc, and some work hear and there, and get it for a deal.

Good. Car runs strong. always kept clean. has under 30k 29xxx.
Bad. car was stolen. There was no damage to the car at all, and the car has never been in a accident. Still though my title was turned into a rebuilt/theft title in oklahoma. Only downside to the car.
The car made 412awhp at 24.5 psi on 91 oct.

You won't really find an evo with a clean title/ under 100k miles for less than 13k. There is a high demand for evos even if it is an 03. Don't get me wrong, there are good deals (like yours) but they are rare.

 

Yeah I picked my 03 evo VIII up for 13 grand. With 65k miles on it. Had a brand new t case and stock clutch installed,all stock. Needed some work here and there. But been pretty good to me. I was searching for months before I stumbled across mine. Just gotta wait and be ready
