An Evo feels like someone lit your *** on fire. The appeal is certainly individual-dependant.

 

It's going to feel nothing like t he STI you rode in...the steering is quicker, the motor revs differntly, the grip levels are completley differnt...ect. That subaru probably will feel alot funner on the street then an evo. Some say it is a way better daily then the evo but i completly disagree. It all depends on your driving style. Just go test drive one.

 

Nice looking GLI. My wife had the exact same car with and APR chip and an intake and the car actually moved pretty good.

The evo is a different beast though. Much more purpose built then the Vdub. You'll love it.......assuming you want a fast car.

As far as the OPs question, you will become overwhelmed with anger when you drive the Evo. The anger will come from knowing you have been driving a slowmobile for all those years instead of a performance machine that the Evo is. :P
