Almost Stall/Stutter

OK so ive had this a couple time it is no big deal and is not affecting anything while im driving down ther road crusing at any speed but anyway i was at a light chillen at idle stopped waiting for the light to go green so i could turn and a big 18 wheeler came by at about 50 mph or so and rite after he went by my car dropped in rpm to about 200-300 and felt like it was gunna stall but didnt the rpm came back up to idle and didnt jump up any above regular just fell down when the truck came by. this only happen when big vehicles come by and im at idle but they have to be at a decent crusing speed and its not all the time, i have an idea of what it is but just wondering if this happens to any other EvoZ out there and what yall did to fix it or just some ideas you all might have about this....

Vibrations/noise is causing the MAF to misread. Happens when I am drag racing staging up next to open header V8s and whatnots.

Probably happens because the vehicle passing by causes a low pressure area around your car choking it out. Maybe your idle control valve is failing, or your MAF. Or maybe its because you have an intake and no tune for it.
