same thing happened to my 03, its not broken yet but is a pita to turn, just for the a/c one...but the middle and right work fine = P darn...cheap rubber plastic material from mitsu haha.

 

does anyone have the part numbers from the video above? i need to buy those gears and the cable. thanks if you have it.

Great Video!!!! How much money did you spend on that parts? Where can buy them, I have the same problem but I´m from Argentina :S

 

I ordered the parts in the video and did everything the video said to do but this did not fix my problem. My problem must be inside the box, Im willing to bet the gears on the inside of the blower box are super gummed up. Im not taking my dash apart to fix that so I guess I will just reach under the dash and push the arms twice a year. :shrug:
