Living on an "Evo Budget" :(
I'm eating 35cent burritos from walmart, bout to rent a house on 6 acrs from my grandfather cuz I use to make $1000/week now only $900/biweekly still have the car an savin for the fp red!!!!!
Exactly and I see a lot of people with nice cars, but with no cash for themselves. Thats okay, but to me i see how much something is and i save for it. People don't plan to fail...they fail to plan. Don't we all wanna have the cake and keep on eating it everyday.
Ever since I got my car I've been broke. Lol. I'm sure that most of the Evo owners out there feel the same way. I wanted to start a thread that will create a little bit of humor to keep our sanity.
Tell me Your "Evo Budget Stories" and I will share with you mine
Today I washed my clothes with dish washing liquid because I ran out of money to buy groceries and regular home supplies.

I remember when I got my evo the payment was 508 and my paychecks were like 250 a week so i had to save 2 paychecks each month to make the payment. since than ive refinanced the car and i make alot more $$ so i really don't have a problem wit the car payment anymore im living pretty good even with rent
I think the problem with the evo is that we all just cant leave well enough alone. We absolutely HAVE to mod our cars. Our evo's cast a spell on us that makes us act irrationally. Our wives/girlfriends/parents cant, and never will understand it. Hell, I look at how much $ my car owes me, and even I cant understand it. I think the evo was sent by Satan to consume our souls. Oh well, at least the trip to hell will be one helluva ride!
I bought my Evo when I was making $8/hr at a liquor store, living with my parents. Every penny I made went into paying that car off... Then I got a great job, paid off the car, bought a house and rent out 2 apartments. No more scrounging for me!
What a great economy we live in! Oh wait....
