Evo in SNOW :)

Wow guys last night took the evo up with some friends (STI guys) and had a blast... It was my first time in the snow but i was ready.. Had some sweet brand new Hancocks on the ride and it just went through everything...

We went up our sandia crest which is only 15 miles up but took every side road we could to get some offroad action... Through the fog, and snow and it FREEZING out there we made it and all 5 of the cars came back in the same condition as we went up...

Just wanted to let you guys know how it went and if you have not taken the evo in the snow DO IT!!!!!!

Were planning another fun trip in a few weeks hopefully we can get a better turnout and some more EVO's!!!!!!!!

I haven't gotten snow tires yet, but everyone says I should! How good does this thing drive in the snow? Can you go full boost of what?

The last actual snow we got was in 1992. Yet every year they predict 1/2" of it people go crazy like its the end of the world. However im ready to tackle it.

The car handled great! My first snow experience was driving in about 6 inches. The car was totally intuitive, and I had no problems. After that the roads got plowed and the remaining snow turned to ice. When I drove on the ice, the car still felt great. Just for fun, I practiced some drifting and doughnuts and had no problems. Where ever i'd point the car, it would go... it made me look like I acctually had driving skills!
