Is there a way to fix the undertray?

My stock undertray has some pretty big cracks in it from the previous owner. Is there a way to "weld" the plastic or something (besides duct tape?)?

It would be nice to have it back together before I put it back on. Thanks!

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Plastic Weld epoxy might work or remove it all together or search the for sale section for one or get an aftermarket one

Thanks for the input guys. Does the stock undertray not make much difference?

On my old RX7 removing the undertray greatly increased engine temps, since less air was being forced through the radiator.

Yeah if it's beat, just ditch it. An aftermarket one would be a nice idea, but there are 100 better mods to do your car first. Many aftemarket intercoolers don't allow the panel to be put back on correctly, or at all anyway...

The undertray takes like 10 minutes to put on and take off...I don't get why people think it's such a hassle to deal with.

Personally I'd try to find another one. I mean, it's there for a reason...whether it's to improve the car's aerodynamics or protect the engine.

yes there is a way to fix it you take very thin wire
like cooper or aluminum and like a cloth you sew the damage
its quite easy and works

Beatrush Undertray, hands down. Just put it on my car. Aside from being aestetically pleasing, it helps with the aerodynamics of the car and keeps the nose down through the twisties. Check it out!

I have to say if you daily your car and don't ever take it off-roading/rallying/snow drifting, the BeatRush undertray is a great idea. The only thing I don't like about it is you have to remove one of your lower torsional bars. Sooner or later I'll have to buy some washers and find a way to put the second bar back in.

when i got the AMS front mount i bought the apr front splitter because i had to cut the stock undertray to make it fit. can do an oil change with it still on and to take it off you just take off the front bumper

changing the oil on the beatrush isn't that bad. You'll have to remove the back plate (5 bolts total). The front plate is the bit*h if you have to remove it.
