CF Trunks

Since the search function has literally stopped being effective I have no choice but to post a thread about this. I'm looking for a CF trunk but have heard a lot of horror stories about certain ones not fitting.

Anyone have one that just rocks and fits well?

I have the RobiSpec one and it fits perfectly. I have not heard of many fitment issues with them either

I have seen really poor fitment on Seibon trunk's. I would be interested in seeing a Robispec one in person though.

The EvoDave trunk is the best I've seen thus far.

You must have not searched hard. Here is my thread with the Do-Luck 1x1 cf trunk. The pics I took were right after install. Ive since got it to sit lower by lowering the trunk latch, etc. Enjoy - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...rust-ti-r.html

ehh I searched pretty hard - the search works differently than it used to- it's more geared towards returning vendor related threads for the paying vendors on here- I know how it works- I'm a web developer and have been for 11 years.

Thanks for the link though- that CF looks amazing. I can't say I'm a big fan of the little lip on the tail of it though.

Check the other link in my thread to the updated pics. The lip is barely noticeable..

Yea Google works better for searching EvoM than anything else

Wow that does look better. Yeah- the new ownership changed a lot of things. Google actually pulled up the right EvoM threads. Thanks!

How much did the Doluck cost ya?

Eric@Driveline (Driveline Motoring) it was like $850 shipped I think. A LOT cheaper than World One or something ($1200+ LOLOL). Anyway, I was on the hunt for an OEM cf trunk for the longest time. I ordered a Chargespeed one but waited a year for nothing. If someone made a 1x1 oem style cf trunk I would have been all over it.

My Seibon fits perfect and has no issues... I think with any of them it is hit or miss. Robi's is the nicest and lightest, but the most $...
