Evo IX Front bumper parts identification help!

Ok, I'll describe the parts as best as I can! They are two black bars connected with silver "metal tabs" They rest below where the front lights would be and connect to the bumper, infact, you can see the metal tabs if you look below the front lights, they are little silver circles. In addition, there are two white clips on each side that help hold the bumper up .Anyway, I cannot seem to get these to bars/tabs/clips off my old bumper and on to my new one! So, does anyone know the name/part # of these parts?

Thank You All,

-Coolguyuno1

Yeah I contacted Russell M Monday, no response yet. On the picture where it's labeled CC or C-C I believe that to be the clip that comes up through the black bar, or simply above it, it would attach to the fender, one on each side, next to the screw closest to the wheel well.

I dont think the picture is what you mean... That pic C is the found in the wheel well almost ... Connecting the corners of the bumper to the fenders.

You are mentioning pieces directly below the headlight which have small tabs which fall into holes on the top of the bumper beam.

From what i remember those pieces are held onto the bumper via nut into a bolt which is welded to a metal piece which is plastic-riveted to the bumper.

What you are referencing is not in this picture.... Can you post one up since you have your bumper off

DO you have an OEM replacement bumper?

The bumper is NOT off, its on haha, yeah its OEM. You got it right on the ball with the bumper beams, if they serve no purpose I won't get them. I'm guessing what I need is the actually the pieces that connect the bumper to the fender that are always stuck on the bumper. Right now its the bumper is not snug with the fenders on both sides.
