Oh my bad I have a HKS type 1 and it has all these features like 0-60 and rpm monitor so you need to tap the ecu wires.

I have the Blitz FATT DCIII turbo timer. It cost like $85 and another $15 for the harness. The module has a wired remote that can be mounted almost anywhere. The remote is as big as a 5 stick pack of chewing gum. It monitors voltage, lap times, interior temperature, and can be preset at a specific length of time to run, or set in auto mode. In auto, it monitors engine speed to determine how long to run after you shut down. Instalation took me 45 minutes from start to finish and was very simple. I can get you guys pictures of mine installed if you would like. You do not have to tap the ECU at all. All the connections (except for the hand brake) are on the steering column, and it is a true plug and play instalation.

My dealer said it was a good idea, and there is no way they would void the warranty for it... now if the TT shorts something out, then it's a different issue... But my dealer said it was a good idea i put it in...
This continues to go on and on. The only way you can void anything is if the problems leads back to what you had installed. A tt would only void something electronic nothing with the engine or transmission.
