i've been in a couple accidents myself, and the best thing you can do is try to find some witnesses that will back up your story. im sorry to see this happen, but i hope everything works out for you. i've been in your shoes man. don't give up hope. my wreck ended up working out for my advantage. i bought it back from the insurance company for 1500 bucks and then profited a few thousand from it. as well as helped with my new build.

 

belive it or not they wanted $1,250 for mine so i bought it back because thats cheap for a run and drive evo i think

 

funny i was thinking of it but i wanted revenge on the fake witness even more

when i totalled my 350z, the "witnesses" said i was going 40mph+ also -.-
