I respect professional and honest police officers, but not the ones that do reverse psychology crap to you and your friend. He tried to get me to admit that we were speeding and doing wheelies etc...
if a man comes and murders you, the police later find a guy matching his description. they ask him if he killed you and he says no. then they use some technique to get the truth out of him and he admits he did in fact kill you, and they can arrest hi9m and send him to jail. wouldnt that make you and your family happy?

now if people are saying this kid was speeding, and he was not. but the police need the kids statement. then they dont give him a ticket for speeding what does that mean? the police believed the kid and found what he was saying to be the fact. how is that not an honnest officer? same as above, could have been the same officer even.

uhm, did the guy in the jeep not have insurance or something? i dont understand the dilemma here if the accident wasnt your fault, wheres the problem?

someone else's insurance company can not claim your car as totaled. they must pay the actual damage amount. that's the law.

after reading through, it sounds like you need a lawyer. especially if there is personal injury involved. most PI attorney's take 33.3% of the total settlement, but the amount they can squeeze out of another insurance company makes it worth your while. especially with personal injury involved. i would guess that you would be able to walk away with at least 10 grand for yourself, your injured friend would also be able to get about 10k, and you could at the very least get 15-20 grand for the car. Ive been through this after a drunk driver hit me on my motorcycle. i didnt break any bones, but had a very sore back and neck. did 6 months of PT and got about 8k for injuries, plus retail price for my motorcycle, and every single custom bit on it, including new helmet and jacket. enough to buy a well sorted race-bike, and a nearly new van to haul it to the track with. if you dont step up to the plate with a lawyer, the insurance company will **** you over to the best of their ability. trust me.

This is prime example of Vantucky...
Man, there's so many irresponsible. ignorant, and biased people that lives in Vancouver. I know because I work in Vancouver and I serve 250+ customers a day for 6 years. I Know. I can totally see the guys accusing and lying to dodge that bullet called responsibility , ESPECIALLY that you are teenager. That's Vancouver for ya.

Showing fellow local evo guy support, wish the best of luck man.

^ seriously.

Its frustrating as hell trying to read some of these kids posts now a days. If you're going to tell a story on a forum use ENGLISH, not some short hand text message language.

Psh...
He could have mixed in some Spanish in there too...
I dunno, maybe he's posting from a cell phone, I know I am.
I just have a bit stricter standards...*cough*

Doesn't mean it's not off subject to comment on that alone though.
