sorry so far not at all im waiting on the insurence to do further investigations because im trying to see what i can get because i will not accept 10k for my car. what i told them was fix my car with a clean title and no salvage history as it was or buy me one exacly the same or better because i will not accept 10k for my 30k car its rediculouse how they dont wanna pay up like insurences dont have money when they charge about what all of us with evos around 300bucks a month come on its rediculouse when they say they dont have money but its easy for them to raise the insurence cost for no reason.. im still fighting bro thanks for all the support if i end up getting 10k i will assure u im going to a property damage lawyer and wont stop untill they pay me for the whole car wish me luck and let me kno what you guys think thanks everyone i really regret not paying full coverage so do my parents i lost my dream car
No offense to the OP, but an insurance company will never buy you a new car. They would lose money on this. That doesn't mean they will pay you a fair value for your car. Thats unfortunately where a lawyer comes in. However by the time he's done you probably will end up with the same amount as they offered you.
