good reason to by a jet pack. People cant crash into u while your flying.

Sorry to hear what happened something similar happened to my car a couple of months ago too. Mine was a total loss and it was sad to see her go.

 

First, I hope for a speedy recovery for you and your friend. Things could have been worst. Judging from your posts, you seem to have a pretty good outlook on life and recognize this fact.

Second, and I always say this, take a look at the businesses around where this happened. It is possible maybe one of them has a security camera that might have some video of the incident.

 

the thing is the guy that hit me has a record of past accidents so hes fighting as hard as he can and hes lieing about him being able to talk english witch is bs because i heard him talk english and theres a fals witness and her daughter who wasent there and says i was speeding the thing is she changes her story sooo she lied to me and my dad and told the cop a total diffrent story saying that she stoped in the middle of the street like she knew i was going to crash or something and said i passed her doing 60 witch is bs because she took a right on a street and while she was driving down the street were she turned on also in the police report she lives down that road i passed her and then she heard noise and turned around the biggest bs ive ever heard

 

Glad your okay and no one else was seriously hurt.

Like others have said, it's just a car and is replaceable. However it turns out, hopefully the next time you should consider having full coverage insurance.

i feel for you. about a month ago i crashed my gsx i was driving down a main road/highway and the light was green and as i was cruising through at around 40 this car turns and hits right into the side of my car and spun me into another car, airbags came out, car was wrecked, and had a concusion and burns all over my arm and face but all i wanted was my car. the car i hit into asked for $5000 from MY insurance company.. but i didnt have the money to fix it so now im going back to school with no car. would do anything for an evo, trying to find someone with payments left on theirs that i can take over, its my only hope. hopefully you get that fixed, good luck

 

Wow I'm so sorry to hear about all of these saddening stories. At least you guys are alive though...any day above ground is still a blessing. Our cars can be replaced...we can't.

fight it man .. if you cant get an attorney, find a non-profit one .. or find a guy/gal in his last year in law school to help you make your arguments and prove your innocence (sadly, the law isnt innocent until proven guilty anymore, its guilty until proven innocent sadly) .. glad your okay, sorry about the car. dont let them eff you over on this .. fight it the whole way and dont back down..
