yea so far there trying to say they only have 10k to cover for property damage i was like wtf fix my car or get me another one idc you kno its not my fault. its soo stress full everytime i see my dream car totalled im still waiting for the insurences

Man, this is horrible! First you lose your car. Then you have to deal with this BS! I've heard horror stories when it comes to dealing with ins. co.

I feel your pain with the insurance companies. I have had a bad run in with them.

I only have liability because it cost so damn much and my rate actually just went up again yesterdayt, I got a notice. I am paying almost 400 a month without collision, its BS, I had 1 accident and no one else was involved so I dont see why my rates are going up 2 years later?

Whatever, I hope this all works out for you. Alot of Evo's have been wrecked lately and alot of the accidents are not the evo drivers fault, its such a shame.

i would choke the hell out of the wrangler guy. And people who were lying about you speeding, id smack all them, then spit in that cops face. Okay i would feel like doing that. Im sorry to hear you lost it. I know the feeling. I lost a very nice turbo charged 99 civic si by hitting a telephone pole straight on at 105 mph. That was my fault though. I got all busted up, dont know how i lived. That was a bad 2 years of my life of healing and almost not graduating high school for it. This happened in 2002. My heart goes out to you and your evo brother. Pray to get money back, and get another one man.

 

Sorry to hear about the car man, keep your head up... It is bs that people constantly have a bias against imports like the evo, we have all seen this first hand. Keep your sanity when dealing with the insurance stuff by just taking her apart and seeing what you can salvage for the part out. That way you can spend some time with her and get away from the drama.

Man this sucks!! Thats good you did the right thing and didnt talk back. Just get a lawyer and fight it. I was trying to do that once when i got into a accident cause this lady said that we didnt have our headlights on, but we did have our lights on thats why she effin' hit us and i argued with her and she accused me of threating her and almost got arrested for that. But its good you didnt try arguing man or they woulda did something.

 

I am glad you and your friend are ok and doing well. I feel for you about your evo as I love mine to death and is very pickey to say the least.
