Last night at my friends house, this young girl who thought she knew all about cars told me I should turbo my evo

So today I had to stop at Shop Right. On my way out this guy is walking in front of me. He then looks around and then takes his phone out, Starts to take pictures of himself and my Evo behind him, i just laugh. So I was like okay he got enough time, i start heading over to my car and i hit the alarm and he jumps away like he wasn't doing anything.

He looks over to me and says "This your car?"
I was like yup.
He said is it fast?
I said kinda.
He was then like you got any work done to it?
I said not really.
Then he was like Oh I heard they were really fast and had AWD and a nice turbo.
I was like yeah it's decent.
He gets in his car and says Yeah its a real nice STI.....
He was doing good until he said that and drove off.

Still got a laugh though

 

Guy at work just got a vette (older maybe 90s don't remember).

Him: It's got 36Xhp!
Me: I'm making about 400hp.
Him: Yea but it's FWD
Me: Hell no, AWD, I don't mess with that FWD crap.
Him: Oh.

Not mention his hp is at the crank I'm assuming...mine isn't ha!

i remember i was driving by the night clubs in downtown albany with my windows down and i heard one of club goers go " Look its an EVVVOOOOOOO" i just smiled lol.

 

I remember being at our local 1/8th mile track about 3 years ago and the guy I was working for at the time had brought out his 411awhp 8. I was standing next to the local biker boyzzzzzz (if you know what I mean) gang when he made his first run. Pulled a terrible 2.6 60' and still ran a 7.77 @ 99mph. Every last one of the guys next to me simultaneously said, "Daaaaaaaaaammmmmmnnnnn!" I couldn't help but lose it....the stereotypicalness of it all got to me.

From what I gathered it was 411 on pump....and I'm pretty sure he pulled around from the fuels section so God knows what it had on his race tune. I remember hearing over 500.
