If it's a solenioid then it might be the stock boost control solenoid.

I'd recomend picking up either a 3 posrt solenoid for doinf ECU controlled boost or a Hallman Pro manual boost controller. I've got one of the GrimmSpeed 3 port boost control solenoids. They are plug & play. Just need to be set up in the ECU by your tuner & tuned. MAP sells them for $109 shipped. If you dont want to run an EBC then just get a Halman Pro manual controller. They can be found for about $100 too.

Yeah that unit under the filter was the OEM boost controller and its now hooked up. Thanks for the help!

I am going to look into the aftermarket boost controls now. Is there one thats better then the other between the ECU and manual controllers?

I like the ECU controlled boost with a 3 port solenoid. Best thing to do is contact whoever you want to do your tuning & see what they like to use.

Damn thats pretty much exactly what my car looked like when it was wrecked they totaled it out and I didnt have the time or money to fix it myself. If you dont mind me asking how much do u have into it so far/ what are the expected costs to get it back to being drivable again?

I picked the car up at a decent price.

So far I have spent:

$2000 on the BBK Turbo, ETS FMIC, ETS Piping, turbo back exhaust, ported intake manifold, injectors, o2 housing, and Perrin filter,

$100 on MAF

$800 on getting the frame/body pulled

$75 on front impact bar

Then I have some money in a bunch of little parts like A/C delete belt, misc. hardware and gaskets, oil, etc.

After bodywork and the rest of the nose, I would expect to have about $12,000 in it.

Ok heres our 5 min radiator install. We were lacking a few parts but nothing that a few zip ties couldn't take care of. The car runs awesome! I was only able to drive it in the parking lot but it pulls hard.
