lol i know i did not put that there bought the evo used a year ago lol i just wanted to make sure i was not cutting something oem is all i did not put that crap there lol. thanks all now i feel safe cutting them and sending my headlights off for the treatment you say strobe lights huh im look again for a switch maybe he started wiring them and never finished
