No loud noises coming out of my rear diff, driving a car hard is tough on any car.

This noise is normal.

The problem is weak rubber mounts holding the rear mustache bar and the rear side diff supports.

If you replace both with energy suspensions kit - the master kit contains all suspension bushings. The noise will go away, and you will prevent any excess damage to the body or anything else in the way of your slamming rear end.

Isn't there a mustache bar elimination kit? Anyone have any experience with those?

they cause A LOT of vibration and noise to enter the cabin.. compared to ES bushings.. But they hold the rear end in place better.

all abuse does wear a motor... being stupid about how you drive it only makes it worse.
