Will this trigger the srs light?

 

Sorry for my confusion, but i plan on putting a harness bar and a set of harness' in my evo. If i unplug the seatbelt sensor wire, will the srs light come on? Thanks

 

I have had mine unplugged for almost as long as Iv owned the car. Its the only wire harness under the driver seat, you really can't miss it.

My SRS light comes on when you first start the car and then goes out. I doubt the wire harness is integrated into the SRS as if the fuse blew and you didn't replace it before getting into a wreck...seems like that would be a safety issue that wouldn't be allowed.

 

I have left mine unplugged because I hate the noise when using my harness. I have no SRS light issues either, just ABS and 3 ACD lights that I am still trying to figure out how to turn off.

I'm gonna say those lights being on aren't related to the seatbelt harness.
