Vibrating/rubbing noise when full steering lock ???

Every once in a while I will get a strange noise when I go full steering, or just about close to it. Normally it happens when the everything is cold...
It seems like it has something to do with the PS pump or line, my PS is OK, it doesn't cut out... it almost seems like a line is rubbing something...
noise coming from the right FR.. anyone ever had a similar issue?

This sounds more like a driving technic problem than a mechanical problem. Once you hit the physical stop on the steering, back off a tiny bit.

Its not a technic, but good suggestion. Your OEM vehicle has a lock for a reason, by no means is it designed at its limit. In addition, it also dosen't happen at pure lock, but still with alot of steering angle.
