0-60 in 4.4 secs??????????? with what kind of clutch, the stock clutch, and if so, after how many 4.4 sec runs does it turn to 0-60 in 10 secs because the clutch burnt out. But good find. If i had money to blow i'd buy a RS and mod the crap out of it.
Saw it at the Hayward dealer. The car already has 3000 miles on it since its a demo car. I wish I had my digital camera with me at that time but I didn't, so no pictures...sorry guys. BTW, there's no reason for me to BS about seeing a RS, its not like I don't have an EVO myself. The RS is just a strip down ver of my EVO.

FYI, the car is white, no paint on mirrors, door handles, no sound insulation, no trunk mats, no stereo, no ac, no pwr window, no sunroof, front lsd, weight less, and nothing else. The mechanic who test drove the car said the cockpit noise is louder than a regular EVO, but didn't really say how much faster it is.

Yep there aready in two were assigned to every dealer unfortunatly we sold both. one was white the other red. they were on back order. We should recieve more in about 2 to 3 weeks. But don't get to comfortalbe with the MSRP those two RS's didn't leave without burning a hole in the two oner's pockets of $32,000

Anyway, I sat in the RS at the LA auto show, didn't impress me either. I would just want the regular one with the limited slip and cruise control. sad that niether one of these things will be an option for the '04's.

should really offer the front LSD for normal Evos..
besides being a strip version of the Evo and the front LSD , dont really see what the big deal is IMO . Besides being a limited production, im happy with what i have purchase , i been throught the stage that you must give up on no ac/power steering to be lighter . All it means is you have to invest in some mods to be able to achieve about the same results . Just the fact that this car has an amazing aftermarket support and it gives plenty of room for upgrades ...

I really hope this isnt going to be a trend for the RS like it was the Evo, no wonder mitsu's customers dont feel that their cars have "value" its because the dealerships rape the hell outta you when you go to buy it.
