I would love to go but Ill be lucky if I can coordinate my leave with DSM/EVO Shootout. My month of R&R is Augusta but when exactly is up in the air so.
Next year for sure.
Next year for sure.
Good candidates so far. I know sharkbite has some Redline Time Attack experience (while playing DMX, mind you - LOL) and EVOlutionary definitely can drive based on his credentials.
I vote for sharkbite!
Can we nominate the lead technician Anthony@AWD Motorsports and the 'Bastard' Evo? He's incredibly consistent at drag racing. I'm not sure about circuit.

So far that looks like the volunteers but there is still quite a bit of time to get a few more. I'll get with RP and find the cut off for entries. Also they are getting me more info on the "Street legal" terminology to clarify things a bit.
Do we know what the events are gonna be yet? Is it gonna be just drag racing and some weird "road course" autoX track?
Also, did we get the "official" definition of a "street legal" car?

From what I am getting from RP it will be the same type of events like last year. Also working on getting the street legal more defined. We maybe using one of the SCCA categories and definitions to go by.
I love this, got the street legal def back;
Justin - just got this definition of "street legal." The car is currently licensed, registered, and insured for street use
I think its because just because weve been able to register our cars with "Off road only" parts they technically arnt street legal, you get found with a test pipe by the cops your getting a ticket and its not cause your street legal.
I used to be an MP and there is a difference in whats allowed and what you chose to enforce, descretion is the name of the game in law enforcment.
