@ DeatschWerks-I don't doubt your math but it seems like your calculating this linearly and constantly. i.e. pump straight to injector and injector always open, which is not the case. You forgetting pressurized rail volume which acts as a reserve for the injector(s) and the pump can catch up in the milliseconds when all injectors are closed. The pump is on continously where the injectors are momentary, so the rail volume helps accumulate pressurized feul for injector supply.
Don't forget time is a factor in your equasions and milliseconds add up.

@OP- A single walbro properly set up will support up to 480whp on E85. I was doing it.

Not to mention it appears the evo is a sequential firing system for fuel meaning its only one injector firing at any one time not all four like the old batch fire systems.

You could just order a intake 255 and an inline 255 on a boost activation switch. It will be cheaper and works the same.

I just changed my fuel filter today, it was pretty bad, but as i looked at my fuel pump, I decided to try to get 450WHP out of the single for now, since i need 20 other things

Depends on the turbo size. 1000cc is fine for any stock turbo sized application.

Technically if 560cc suffices in any Evo 8-9 stock turbo application and E85 uses approx 30% more fuel, then 750cc-800cc should technically work.
