How do I remove this interior trim panel?

I just bought one off a IX to replace my stock VIII one and I would like to install it, but I don't know how to remove it. I don't want to break it, can anyone shed some light on how to do this?

All I need now is the small peice on the left to finish it off

Pull the three climate control knobs off. There are two screws behind those.

Carefully pry the radio bezel off. You should be able to grab it near the left and right control knob spaces and tug it off. You'll see two screws under there for the circled piece.

Now your gauge cluster, see those two screws in the top? Get a stubby phillips head and remove those then wiggle that black sucker out. Helps to lower the steering wheel.

On the far left side of the circled piece you will see two more screws. Remove those then slowly and carefully from left to right pull her out. You'll have to unplug the clock and flasher switch too.

It's a pain but not terrible.

Same way but for the mirror control you have to remove the bezel surrounding the gauge cluster which is 2 screws on the bottom side of the top portion of the dash.
