Any fitment issues associated with this LICP? Durability?

BTW, search function led me to this thread.

Personally I don't know about an AGP LICP but i know my Nisei lower pipe made a noticeable difference over stock. You got a great deal, run with it!!!

Other questions to go along: Stock core? Are you getting tuned afterward? The LICP might not make your ecu happy

OF COURSE! Thanks for your efforts though.

Any info regarding the AGP LICP will be appreciated.

I just recently was in the market for a LICP. I went with the Nisei Aluminum LICP. Expensive (comparatively) but it was a great investment. Shaves weight and adds power.

I threw it on and I'm not tuned. Hasn't caused any drive ability problems so you will not NEED a tune. But you will need one if you want to take full advantage of all your mods. (Obviously)

I read good things about AGP when it comes to the SRT-4 crowd. They make a good bit of parts for those machines. Their foray into Evo parts...I honestly can't weigh in on. But it seems like a good quality piece.

How did you know that it added power and how much power did it add?

That particular pipe has been shown to add a decent bit of power. Search around if you want exact figures.

I didn't have the car dyno'd or anything but spool is much quicker. As to how much power and spool time...I couldn't tell you exacts, but I can tell a noticeable difference.

the stock LICP expands under boost, so the turbo has to work that much harder to fill the boost with an expanding pipe, with the hard LICP, throttle is much more responsve, Turbo doesnt have to work as hard to fill boost, and spool will come quicker ( for me 100 - 150 rpms quicker ) in my gsx which has the little t25 hair dryer turbo. hard pipes are awesome for drivability, i have little to NO lag no that i have hard pipes,,

so assuming the LICP your talking about fits your IC and is the right size, youll be very happy with your purchase, you wont need a tune either, my buddy didnt on his evo 8

the stock pipes are hard pipes on the evo, the lower pipe has less coupler space than the upper pipe though. i installed the nisei pipe a long time ago and didnt notice much difference and my car was tuned the same day.

I have the agp licp. Except for the bracket on the licp that doesn't seem to mount to anything, it's a good piece.

I am using the AGP licp on mine and no fitment issues except for that rectangular bracket which does not mount to anything. There is a slight power improvement with the quicker spool and I had my car dyno on a Mustang. It added roughly +7whp to the mix.
