Cool Best Gauge Pod and Place to Put!?

Hey so ive noticed this is a thing that EVERYONE is always having second thoughts about...

Where do i put my gauges?!
Is there a good pod that i can glance at easily?

So in AID lets make a thread saying were you locate your gauges ( if you use a pod, state what kind if pod )

Remember, its not just where you can easily see them. You have to think about a place were its not so obvious ( Theifs, Cops, and other things ). Which is most of the time hard! But if you found of a setup you like please let us know!

PICS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED!

i have a 2 guage pod on my driverside pillar, wideband and boost, sometimes i think about a steering column gauge, cause i like to check my rpm shifts, but 1st thing i like to check my boost spike, and finally i like to see that my wide band is holding at as soon as i shift gears. Im satisfiedwith the 2 pod pillar gauges but do occasionally wonder if it would be better to have a 2pod steering gauge column. and as far as cops and thieves are concerned, f%ck them, my evos a garage queen

I have a 3 gauge pod on the a-pillar and one gauge on my steering column and I don't like it. In the future I want to get the Zautronix Zr-2 Multi Gauge. Unless you rally, auto-x, time attack, or road race, your two most important gauges IMO are boost and AFR. The Zr-2 displays both and more if you so chose.

I only run a boost gauge in the car, I removed the stock 3 gauge MR panel and replaced it with a single boost gauge in the cubby I bought from another member.

How do you like this setup. I have been contemplating it but not sure. How easy is it to read, i cannot tell from any of the pictures i have seen with this installed on how well the angle is to see from the drivers side without it being a distraction. Err well i hope that made sense.

Thanks

Is there a dual guage pod for the steering wheel? I find it hard to look at guages in the center console even though it looks cleaner.

Tein also makes a super cool one where you can actually swivel the gauges

I have mine located in the upper HVAC, with radio relocate. I had 4 gauges on the a-pillar of my old truck, although looks nice it gets old and one of the first thing people notice, the center console is so much cleaner, and it takes people a minute to realize that I have gauges there. They are slightly angled and I think its perfect for me.

I prefer the steering column mounted pods.
I have an Autometer one, but the ATI Epod is a lot nicer.

I think the BEST place for the gauges are the ( EVO X ONLY ) CP-e Dash mounted pod!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5Wzyp7aQxI

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a dash mounted pod similar to the ones CP-E makes for the evo x

Anyone know of anything like it?

NOT THE CENTER DASH PODS! Those are just hard to see...
