More to come tomorrow. Taking the motor apart, and cleaning the hell out of the engine bay. Going to remove all the AC items as well!

Good luck on the rebuild. BTW that trooper sounds like a smart *** which is the last thing you want in a situation like you were in.

Ah yes, the old window in the block...sucks man, that looks just like my block did with 460wtq on the stock block.

The X is not that different than the 8/9, I've had both, but would never say "upgrade" either. The X's only weakness in my mind is weight.

Other than that it is just as capable or more capable than its predecessor. However, for what we all like to do (mod the **** out of a car) i agree the 8/9 is a better platform.

Good luck with the build man, I approve of you rev happy build, seems like everyone is starting to go 2.4LR motors and other stuff instead, nice to see the tried and true 2.0L

on with the pictures!

anyway. Thats all im going to do for now. I have to start sending parts out. Trans to Buschur, Head to AWD, Turbo out to FP, Manifold and throttle body out to MAP.

Parts are going up for sale.. Everything needed to add AC to your RS, all lines, condenser, etc etc.. Also an Exedy 4 puck sprung clutch with almost NO wear. ARP headstuds, BC 272 cams.. and much more..
