I wanted to do some weight reduction so I put a nice window through the block...great for Aero too.

So FP black, on E85 ( AMS intercooler, AMS short route IC piping, Fidanza cam gears, BR double pumper, FIC 1450cc injectors, Hallman Pro BC, Spoolin up COP kit, Speed Density, )plus the new shopping list

BR 2.0, BR stage 3 head, AWD 272 cams, L19 ARP headstuds, OEM Mitsu Engine gasket set, OEM Mitsu front cover w/ oil pump and gears, and Evo 8 AC delete sound good?
If it blew at 27K it was more then likely a tuning issue. Cold? I imagine it went lean. Go 2.0 block and be done with it.

Half a rod with the wrist pin, that had punched the two holes in the pan, and then just stayed there long enough for the crank to rotate over it a couple of times. So the cranks toasted! ill add some pictures later tonight.. Parts are gettin shipped to Buschur this week thanks to Mike @ AWD!!! This is gonna be a serious build!!!

Oh and on top of that, it started snowing today! looks like ill be doing the motor/trans install in the snow!!
I have a oil pan in my garage if you need it. It was my old pan when i spun a rod bearing from oil starvation. It was hot tanked and cleaned at buschur racing but i had already ordered a new one from MAPerformance. So if you need it let me know.. $40 + ship. its just taking up space. i also have a lot of OEM gaskets that maybe you could use that are all brand new of course.

37,xxx miles to be exact. lol.. Its just too much power for the stock bottom end to hold together. And the buschur built 2.0 is already in the works!

Thanks for the offer man. but it goes back to Mike hookin it up!! Hes got me covered on everything already!!

And I DO have two holes in the block. Its a true window thru the 4th cylinder. I think page 5 has the picture where you can see straight thru the block!

Im currently working on ideas as to what i can do with the block once i clean it up. Im thinking some kind of table base or something, with a piece of glass over it. I just cant bare to toss such a special piece of history for my Evo!

What kind of mileage is your stock motor at? It should have held 500whp. Any alcohol or meth?

I was running meth, but as previously stated, its not so much the amount of horsepower i had, but the wheel torque.
