Shift Knob Thread Dimensions ?

I want to replace my shifter knob with an aftermarket screw-on one.

Does anyone know the thread dimensions for the Evo shifter?

Thanks for your help.

get the greddy countersunk weighted one, its real small, shortens the throw alot for a shift knob and it weighs alot so it shifts real smooth! just get the one for Mitsubishi and it fits up fine, i love mine

Aftermarket is nice but...

I'm making my own shift know and need the actual shaft dimensions and thread size. Does anyone have them?

M10x1.25 - I just modified a Skunk2 counterweighted knob so it would screw onto the Evo shifter.

Greddy Counterweight shift knob FTW. Perfect fit and perfect threading (the mazda, mitsu, nissan model all fit Evo's) I love mine.

Definately look into BLOX counterweight shiftknobs. I have a gunmetal one on my MR. Old one off new one screws on. Takes 10 seconds. Its also weighted and gives a sweet feeling shift
